If you’re looking for an opportunity to earn significant income without the restrictions of a college degree, this may be the perfect fit for you. As an Acquisition Agent with us, you'll work directly with sellers and agents to secure properties for purchase. This role is a commission-based sales position where average earnings range from $220k to $300k per year – and there’s potential to make even more! A real estate license is not required, but can be a bonus if you have it.
One of the best parts about our company is the ability to jump side to side, not just up and down. You can start in acquisitions, then jump to marketing, then jump to dispositions. Here’s a little insight into different roles in the company;
Blue= Entry Level
Green= Director
Red= VP
Acquisition Agent: Responsible for making meaningful connections with agents. This is an entry level role. You bring the deal, we bring the cash! We teach you how to find deals, negotiate, underwrite, contract, etc so you can get big juicy real estate deals!
Acquisition Manager: Responsible for nurturing inbound leads to become deals. You’ve proven that you can build a network and close deals, so now we bring the deals to you! We spend over $50,000 per month, per market in direct to seller marketing. After you are confident in your knowledge and ability to close deals we will begin sending motivated seller’s your way. Since this costs us money, you do need to have sufficient knowledge of wholesaling and flipping to start taking leads.
You also oversee and train a team of Acquisition Agents and teach them how to close deals. You get a cut of those deals.
Disposition Manager: When you have a full operation of Acquisition Agents and Acquisition Managers on your team, you are now responsible for building relationships with serious Buyers who will perform and not back out of our deals.
