- Expert in the field.
- We buy multiple homes a week. Speak simply, but show knowledge. The best form of sophistication is to make something complicated appear to be very understandable.
- Flexible with each deal.
- Make sure you set the expectation from the beginning that we are flexible, but it is a give and take.
