How to Organize and Pull a List

I recommend pulling a list by COUNTY. Doing it by city or zip code can get a bit too much. After I download a list I will put a * next to it.

A few of the lists I like to pull;

Affidavit of Death or Intra Family Transfers

Anything Foreclosure or Notice of Foreclosure

Liens (HOA, mechanical, etc)

Transfers with a quit claim deed
