What is ringless VM?

Ringless VM is a feature where you can drop a VM in your lead’s answering machine, without ever calling them. Why would you do this?

Because cold calling SUCKS! Everyone get caught off guard when you call them. Nobody just wants to talk to a total stranger about selling their house. It’s good to leave them a VM, then give them time to process and call you back. I RARELY get angry people calling me.

How do I do it?

Ok first, you need to record a SIMPLE and quick VM. Here’s a couple tips;

• Don’t speak to slowly, nor to fast. Just at a normal pace.
• You don’t want to clear your throat or say “uhm” a lot. That will make you sound like a scammer.
• Use only your first name, and sound as if this isn’t something you regularly do. You don’t want to be an “expert” cold caller.
